Brief Job Description: 
      Truth FWBC is looking for a man that has a heart for children and young families. We prefer a couple who are committed to working together and are dedicated to serving the Lord through Family Ministry and aren’t afraid to think “outside of the box.” 
The heart of Truth FWBC is to see young people come to Christ and help families navigate their spiritual journey together as they grow in the Lord.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop a vision and provide leadership for Truth Family Ministries. This would include nursery through high school.
  • Partnering with parents and helping to equip them to raise their children in the “nurture  and admonition of the Lord.” (Eph 6:4) 
  • Recruiting, training, and directing volunteers.
  • Planning and developing age-appropriate lessons, and events.
  • Ensuring a safe, and protective learning environment.
  • Planning and directing outreach events. Truth 

Qualifications:
  •  A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  •  A clear calling to Children’s / Family Ministry.
  •  A degree in Children’s Ministry or equivalent experience in the field of Children’s Ministry.
  •  A musical background is desired but not required
  • Must have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
